a few weeks ago, my big sister turned 28. she said she wanted me to make her something for her birthday and here is the result.

this is it. i was really pleased with how it turned out. i just wish i had more time to sew more often!!

I love that bag- and it is so easy to make. (It's the Taxi Tote in Seams to Me, right?)
And the fabric- I see it all the time at Wal-Mart and LOVE IT. I love the yellow/black combo!
yes, tara it is the taxi tote! it is so easy and SO cute! i saw the fabric for the first time on a blog that i read and she had used it to make a top. when i saw it at walmart i loved it and had to get some!!!
